Prairie Allergy KC Pop-Up

This morning we had the opportunity to do a pop-up over at Brynn Everist's Prairie Allergy office here in Kansas City. The event was an open-house to celebrate the remodel of her office space. This event marked the occasion to officially welcome in some of her office neighbors and friends. At the event, we pulled espresso shots, made cappuccinos, and americanos. Being an allergy office no nut milks were used! We served oat milk lattes and used vanilla and spicy mocha syrups. The coffee from this morning was Eclipse and Decaf Columbia InzÁ San Antonio by Onyx Coffee Lab.

Brynn's beautiful new space was filled with the scent of fresh coffee! It was a fun event event complete with the music of a coffee shop playlist.

No event is complete without delicious espresso! The La Marzocco Micra pulled beautiful shots quickly. The guests were especially happy with their drinks. It was the perfect start to a busy work day!
