Gathering Network Pop-Up

This past weekend Doppio did a pop-up at the Gathering Network at their KCK location, in the Strawberry Hill area. For 2 hours, espresso, cappucinnos, and lattes were served to happy and hungry attendees. The pop-up was a smashing success! Vanilla Syrup and Pumpkin spice were served. Some attendees drank americanos, other milk based lattes. Of course, we had 2% milk and also a milk alternative of Oatmilk. It was a really fun coffee pop-up, and we will certainly do it again.

The La Marzocco Micra did an amazing job keeping up with the demands of the event. The Eureka Oro XL's crushed it. In one grinder we served Southern Weather by Onyx and in the other grinder a decaf.

When doing a coffee pop-up, it is essential to provide different options so that all attendees feel like they can order something that they like.

As always, we are a cofee cart-less company. My machine was setup on the counter and nearby a sink. It was a real party!
